Deletion® provides a 3-Month Limited Warranty on all motorcycle helmets against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
Our warranty policy ensures customer confidence, product safety, and reliable after-sales support across India.
🛡️ What Does the Deletion® Helmet Warranty Cover?
If a manufacturing defect is detected within 03 months of purchase, Deletion® will:
- Inspect the helmet through its authorized dealer network
- Repair the defective helmet OR
- Replace the helmet (subject to verification)
Deletion® will provide required materials and labor to resolve verified manufacturing defects.
This warranty applies only to helmets purchased from authorized Deletion dealers/resellers.
📄 How to Claim Deletion Helmet Warranty?
To process a warranty claim:
- Contact your authorized Deletion dealer/reseller
- Or email Deletion customer support directly
- Submit a valid tax invoice
- Allow inspection of the helmet for defect verification
⚠️ Warranty claims without a valid invoice will not be accepted.
❌ What Is Not Covered Under Warranty?
Deletion® warranty does NOT cover:
- Damage due to accidents, crashes, or falls
- User modifications (paint, stickers, glue, screws, drilling)
- Chemical damage (fuel, solvents, cleaning chemicals)
- Heat damage or fire exposure
- Normal wear and tear
- Paint fading due to UV/sunlight exposure
- Scratches on visor or shell
- EPS liner color chipping
- Damage to inner padding due to sweat or water
- Wind noise, fit issues, comfort complaints
- Helmet accessories (visors, spoilers, padding kits, etc.)
Products purchased under discounts, schemes, or promotional offers are not eligible for warranty.
⚖️ Warranty Limitations
- Company liability is limited to repair or replacement only
- No refunds will be provided
- Deletion® reserves the right to approve or reject claims after inspection
- Cosmetic damages noticed after purchase are not covered
